Jeffrey T. Cook
President and Chief Operating Officer

With extensive international experience in strategic leadership, corporate finance, new business development and mergers and acquisitions, Jeff Cook is responsible for the strategy development and operations of Stellar Holdings. Prior to joining Stellar in 2003, Jeff spent 21 years with the publicly traded Penford Corporation—a $270 million food and industrial ingredients company—serving as president and CEO from 1998 to 2003. Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Stanford University. He is on the Board of Penford Corporation, Port Blakely Companies (a private timber and real estate development company), Powerit Holdings (a private energy-related software company), Eoscene Corporation (a private business portal software company), and Bygg Vesta AB (a wholly owned subsidiary of Stellar Holdings).
