Svante Wadman

Svante Wadman is a Partner with Cushman & Wakefield, managing their Swedish operations. Svante has extensive experience in asset management, property management, acquisition, and real estate law. At the age of 33, he was the youngest president of a public company in Sweden—Fastighets AB Fortet. Since then, he has served as president for AB Bootes and Custos Capital, as well as managing director of Nordic Countries for GE Capital Real Estate where he established that firm’s business platform in Sweden and Denmark. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Svante owned his own business as a management consultant and asset manager. He received degrees in Statistics, Economics, Business Economics, and Business Law from the University of Uppsala in Sweden.
